Neville won the "Accurate Arm" award at the inaugural Rivals QB Challenge yesterday in Los Angeles. Will be one to watch in the next couple years. No offers yet, but Rivals Analyst Mike Farrell predicts "15 to 20 offers when it is all said and done".
