It has been a little over a week since I last posted an update on the 2016 signees. There has been some changes (guys being admitted) so I wanted to update the list. Two guys that really stand out to me are Hamilcar Rashed and Wesley Payne. Rashed had some work to do with his academics and he worked his butt off. Same with Payne, who passed 27 credits this last semester with a 3.2 GPA. He's still not showing up in the directory, but he is expected to be good to go.
Kenny Turnier, Artavis Pierce and Shemiah Whitson are now in. Eggers confirmed what we had hinted at that Fangupo will not make it in this summer, but they are hoping to see him in January 2017.
Just heard from Kee Whetzel who is qualified and ready to go. He will be in Corvallis on June 18.
Isaac Garcia is qualified as well. He told me that he will be moving in on June 21.
Christian Wallace just let me know that he moves to Corvallis on June 17.
