The third day of Oregon State football fall camp was another day in shells before the pads go on next week.
Here’s everything that went down at campus on a sunny Friday in Corvallis.

LG: Marco Brewer
LT: Joshua Gray
QB: Chance Nolan
RB: Deshaun Fenwick/Damien Martinez/Jam Griffin
WR: Tre’Shaun Harrison, Tyjon Lindsey, Anthony Gould
TE: Luke Musgrave, Jake Overman
FB/TE: Jack Colletto
First Team Defense
DL: Sione Lolohea
DL: Simon Sandberg
DL: James Rawls
OLB: Cory Stover
OLB: John McCartan
ILB: Omar Speights
ILB: Kyrei Fisher

DB: Jaydon Grant
DB: Kitan Oladapo
-Chance Nolan continued to take the first team reps today, while Ben Gulbranson took second-team reps in seven-on-seven and Tristan Gebbia took second-team reps in both 11-on-11 sessions.
-We got to look at live two-minute sessions for the first time at this camp. Lots of Trey Lowe at RB. Andrew Chatfield got to Tristan Gebbia for a would-be sack, showing great burst around the edge, and Jack Colletto made a really nice play in the hole to blow up redshirt junior RB Kanoa Shannon. The two-minute session ended with a 33-yard Everett Hayes FG right down the middle.
-Speaking of Colletto, it was another day of the swiss army knife running all over the place. Today we saw a good majority of his reps at first-team TE wearing this yellow vest that looked like it was right out of a summer soccer camp (I don’t believe it was non-contact, as he shedded it later on in practice). You could say he stood out. He reeled in a catch on the near side in the final 11-on-11 session after lining up at TE.
-I don’t know if the quarterbacks read the replies to these nugget reports, but maybe we can chalk it up as a coincidence for Ben Gulbranson, who flashed some improved accuracy down the field in today’s session. While the offense didn’t throw as many deep balls, Gulbranson was much more accurate in 15-30 yd range, dropping a pretty throw into the bucket of Jesiah Irish in the seven-on-seven session, then completions of 20 yards to Jam Griffin, Jake Overman, and Lowe on crossers over the middle.
-Nolan and Gebbia looked steady, nothing quite as flashy. Nolan did connect on a 25-yard crosser to Tre’Shaun Harrison in seven-on-seven, but nothing else explosive.
-It was a much better day to be a running back. Whether by design or not, there was much more room for guys like Deshaun Fenwick or Damien Martinez to find some more room to run. Both Fenwick and Martinez ripped off runs of 20+ yards up the middle. It’ll be fun to see once these guys gets pads on and can start leveling some contact.
-Nothing to update on Alton Julian, Isaac Hodgins, and Taliese Fuaga. All three had limited participation in non-live drills, and no participation in 7s or 11s.
-Kitan Oladapo had another super impressive PBU today. No, I did not copy and paste. The redshirt junior flew across the field to the far sideline to swat away a Nolan pass. He has made a TON of plays through three days.
