It looks like the high back/standing with bar/counters on the 2nd deck are installed at each end (black fronts with brown bar tops). Also looks like 2nd, 3rd, and 4th decks are ready for seat installs. Looks like interior underside of 3rd deck is getting painted white, and backside stairwells and sidewalk are almost done. Rooftop lighting mounts are in too.
