Double whammy on this video...a little bit of team session to go with Evan Simon interviewing Stacy the nutritionist on the importance of post-practice recovery. It is a major rush when we are able to interview and the guys won't hang around. I didn't realize that I had left the tape running when Simon took the mic and he didn't want to go on camera. Turned out ok as you get a little peek at the action, and learn a little about recovery.
As a side, I think I should hire Simon to take the mic more often...he did fantastic.
