i have just been made aware that the ncaa ruling allowing college athletes that attended a JUCO an extra year of eligibility does not apply to those who were given an extra year due to Covid.
He's pretty upset about the NCAA telling athletes this only after they entered the portal and transferred to and enrolled in new schools, making plans to play and possibly missing on other opportunities in their lives.
