Tomorrow begins the early signing period for Men's and Women's basketball.
Here is you can expect to sign with the Beavers:
MBB
F Zach Reichle
G Ethan Thompson
WBB
G Aleah Goodman
F Taya Corosdale
C Joanna Grymek
- I am told by a source that Reichle and Thompson are both set to sign and there won't be any surprises. Whether or not they'll target anyone else in the late signing period is up in the air, but based on the scholarship numbers, I don't think they can fit anyone else in on scholarship. I could be wrong.
The Beavers have 12 scholarship players right now, and N'Diaye is the lone senior. The max is thirteen scholarships for basketball. With N'Diaye gone, that puts OSU at 11 scholarship players. Reichle and Thompson would put the Beavers at 13.
A source tells me that the Beavers adding another recruit in the late signing period is still a possibility though. So we'll see.
- Evina Westbrook is the big target left on the board for the WBB team, but I am told that Westbrook is not considering Oregon State anymore. This came from a very informed source that felt very strongly about this.
- The WBB coaches might go after an additional lady to finish out the class during the late signing period.
