I know grad transfer Nathan Eldridge will be on campus this summer, and is a lock as starter at the important position of center. Since Eldridge is likely a one year player, could Jake Levengood be a guy we could slide into starting center in 2020 for osu? He is working out there this spring. If one of the youngsters step up as a starter at guard/tackle pre 2020,this could be reality.
Levengood was a high level wrestler, and an intelligent kid at a position that requires much intelligence. I'm excited to see how Levengood adjusts to this position going forward. Mike said oftentimes teams convert a guard or tackle to center coming from high school to college. Maybe he knows what he is talking about! Lol Thoughts?
