OK guys...I may be a little crazy, but in order to get you all a little closer to the inside of the program, myself, Gina Mizell, and Kristin Rodgers (KEZI) will be going through the regular Friday workout with the football team. Yes, we will be videoing the action and yes, I will be the old one out there repping Blitz.

We met up for dinner tonight with Evan Simon, head S & C coach and his assistant Micah. We got the lowdown and will be participating with the skill guys from 8-10 am. I'm currently in my hotel room hydrating.
He did say that all 112 players are participating in summer workouts...100% participation.
