Osich comes in, throws 6 pitches (5 for strikes) and ends the inning with a fly to LF and is lifted for a pinch hitter in the bottom half.
However, Giants put 5 runs on the board in their frame to take a 5-4 lead and Josh becomes the "pitcher of record" at that point... SF wins it 8-5 and Osich gets the win.
Josh has certainly done nothing to hurt his case for sticking around - already has 5 appearances in the 8 games he's been with the club, 1-0, 0.00 ERA, 0 H, 2 BB, 2 K.
A slew of injuries the prior few years slowed his progress toward getting there, but very cool to see his success thus far and I hope it's merely the beginning of a long run.
