Prior to joining Oregon State, Haslam spent the 2023-24 season at Utah State University, where he contributed to the Aggies' impressive 28-7 record and a victory in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. Under his guidance, Utah State secured two wins over ranked opponents and achieved a No. 22 ranking in the final Associated Press poll of the season.
Before his tenure at Utah State, Haslam dedicated a decade to Montana State University, where he played a pivotal role in the team's success. During the 2022-23 season, he helped lead Montana State to a 25-10 overall record and its second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance.
