He does not have academic concerns. He actually graduated H.S. in December. He will be here for spring ball.
In terms of why he didn't sign in December, the schools that were after him filled up at WR and he lost contact with some of the smaller schools that were after him. Stewart waited too long to commit so schools passed on him but it worked out for OSU!
Stewart is applying for school at OSU asap and will get accepted in the next week. Then he'll be able to sign his letter of intent. At least, this is my understanding.
