Why don't QB transfers like...

Grier transfer to Oregon State? The ESPN announcers were saying players like that are looking for a place they can start. I would think OSU would be an option for some of these high school high profile kids who didnt pan out at their dream school (Matt Moore comes to mind). Just asking for opinions. I know there are a few on this board.
