Using the Coaches' poll:
Stanford (3-1) at #20 - their "fluke" loss to Northwestern? NW checks in at #17, and is 4-0
Michigan (3-1) at #26 (just outside the top-25, but #22 in the AP poll)
Wisconsin (3-10) at #18 - wonder if GA looks over his shoulder at that
Oregon (2-2) tied @ #24 (and NOT in the AP poll!!!
)
Cal (4-0) tied @ #24 with the quackers
USC (3-1) at #16 - so surprised given how easy Stanford handled them, and USC ranked higher?
Utah (4-0) shoots up to #12 (#10 in the AP poll, and received a vote for #1)
UCLA (4-0) at #10
Will be interesting to see how this ends up. But I thought it interesting that everyone was shocked that Stanford lost to NW, and yet NW is 4-0 and ranked above Stanford. GA said in the post-game comments that he knew NW was a solid program. Think Stanford getting screwed a little, because they beat USC, and lost to a team that's 4-0, and USC gets ranked higher. The power of the LA media?
