5:45 pm update:
  • Oregon State is the first Power 5 offer for Chandler, AZ RB TJ Green. Green just won the state championship in the 110 high hurdles earlier in the month and ran on the state championship 4 x 100 m relay team. Big offer to a prospect that has ties to Garretson, Moran and Rashed.
5:00 pm update:
  • Alpharetta, GA OT Reuben Unije is the latest to pick up an Oregon State offer.
1:20 pm update:

Not a ton of new offers going out the past two days, but here is the latest:
  • Antwan Collier: 3-star CB out of Miami (FL) Southridge picked up an Oregon State offer this afternoon.
  • Philadelphia Eagles released this interview with Isaac Seumalo from rookie camp
  • A blurb in the Issaquah Press on Tyson Penn:
The athlete who set the meet mark wasn’t a surprise — defending 3A state champion Tyson Penn of Bellevue leaped 7 feet, 1 inch to break the mark of 7-0 set in 2004 by Roosevelt’s Norris Frederick — but the fact that it came in Penn’s second competitive meet with the Wolverines this spring was.

Penn will play football for Oregon State in the fall. His college coaches, he said, discouraged him from running track this spring.OSU wanted him to focus on keeping his good grades up.

“I proved to my coaches that I could maintain my grades,” said Penn, who cleared 7-1 for the first time in his track career.
