One of the Beavers top WR targets in the 2016 cycle, Theo Howard has decommitted from Oregon. Receiver isn't a huge position of need for the Beavers, but like Paul Lucas in 2015, the Beavers would take Howard in a heartbeat.
He has already checked out campus unofficially this past spring. Definitely one to keep an eye on, as he has a very good relationship with Coach Brennan.
