Syncing of TV and radio

I live in SoCal so I do not have access to a local Beaver radio station so I use the Beaver on line audio. I do get the PAC12 channel. FYI- When you have both on, the Beaver on line audio is slightly ahead of the TV video. If you time the difference, you can sync the audio with the TV by pausing the audio. I don't thing you can use this with Tune In.
