Had been reported that UC-Santa Barbara would not submit a hosting bid due to stadium issues... appears that they did submit a bid (per the guys on SiruisXM College sports) to host at the minor league park in Lake Elsinore.
Now, hard to say how attractive that bid would be as that's ~175 miles south of Santa Barbara and with SoCal traffic, that ain't going to be a quick trip. I'm thinking more likely we could see them hosting somewhere like USC, with the Trojans as a #2 seed.
