only 5 teams make the regionals. In regional play:

OS. 0-2
Cal 0-2
ASU 1-1
UCLA 1-1
Stanford 1-1

By far the worst performance of the major conferences.

ASU has a tough road at LSU and only 8% of teams that lose their first game come back to win the regional.

Only 10% of the teams that lose the 2nd game (bruins and trees situation) come back to win the regional. Stanford and UCLA are the best teams
in their regional and both have deep enough pitching to do it—so their chances are probably a lot higher than 10%, nonetheless, it’s looking 50/50 there will be pac team in Omaha (Ron dado would be rolling over in his grave). And it’s entirely possible no pac 12 team wins a regional! Of course if UCLA comes through their regional, they would get the winner of the Corvallis regional at home which they would be heavily favored to beat (most likely Michigan).
