OT: Help with choosing a TV or cable service provider

I have purchased a house and would appreciate any recommendations and suggestions for a TV or cable service provide. Requirements are Pac-12 Network, lots of sports channels, and above average to fast internet.

So I believe my options based on the above in Portland are Comcast, Dish, and Frontier.

My condo has an agreement with Comcast so I have been with them for the last 10 years. I really didn't have an issue with Comcast, but didn't have any options to go with someone else either.
