We went to the this last Saturday's game as we are long time season ticket holders and I just couldn't keep from laughing at some of the music that is played before and during the game
Some of the songs I heard were from the likes of Journey, 38 special and the cheerleaders actual had to dance to Bell biv Devoe "Poison" ,the halftime break commenced with a more up to date song heard on the radio these days from The Weeknd - Can't feel my face which even the players were laughing at. Come on....
The most disappointing part was the the much anticipated new intro video to get the crowd pumped up when the players are about to take the field and half way through dead silence?
We only have 6-7 times to get this right every season lets do it right if the song is not up tempo don't play it, if it is older than the football players playing the game don't play it. Let's get this right. I am sure Coach A would agree and expects perfection on each and every play from each and every player let's make sure we get the the game day experience right for the recruits, the players and the fans that decided to fill a stadium that has 15000 empty seats on a beautiful NW Saturday afternoon.
Maybe it will be better this Friday evening I can only hope..
