Oregon States loves Judson's versatility

Oregon State offered an intriguing prospect from the sunshine state on Monday as four-star athlete Bruce Judson announced that the Beavs offered him.

"Oregon State definitely has my interest," Judson said. "My coach is really close with coach Lockette. They like me as a slot, running back, kick returner, and punt returner."

Judson is committed to USF, and he will officially visit the Bulls at some point - likely for a midweek visit. He originally committed to USF under the Willie Taggart regime, but now Taggart is at Oregon. The 5-foot-9, 184-pounder received an offer from the Ducks on December 11.

He has official visits set up, and one to Oregon State could be in the works.

"I'm visiting Washington State this weekend, then I'm going to Oregon, and my last visit will be either Kentucky or Oregon State," Judson said.

Judson noted that his family doesn't mind if he stays close to home, like USF which is only a few hours away from his home, or if he goes out to the west coast.

"I can come in right away and play," Judson said about Oregon State. "They need help badly and need more Florida guys up there. They will find a position for me to start at."

National Signing Day is less than a month away, but there is a long ways to go for Judson's recruitment.

"I have no idea where I'm going to end up going or what will happen right now," he said.

EDIT: Judson has cancelled his Washington State official visit and will visit Oregon State this weekend instead.
