The Oregon State women’s basketball team’s nonconference schedule will feature a home matchup with Notre Dame, a road game at Duke and the second edition of the Maui Jim Maui Classic, the team announced Thursday.
In all, the Beavers will play six games at Gill Coliseum, in addition to the Dam City Classic, which will be played at the Moda Center in Portland.
The Beavers will open the regular season on Nov. 10, when North Dakota makes the trip to Gill Coliseum. The contest will mark Oregon State’s first ever game vs. UND. OSU will follow that up by hosting Utah Valley on Nov. 15. The Beavers are 3-0 all-time against the Wolverines.
Notre Dame will visit Gill Coliseum on Nov. 19, marking the third matchup between the two sides in the last five seasons. Both of the previous two meetings have been hard-fought affairs, coming down to the closing minutes. The Fighting Irish last visited Corvallis in 2013.
The Beavers will follow that game up with a two-game road swing in Durham, N.C. Oregon State will face North Carolina Central and Duke on Nov. 22 and 25, respectively, both for the first time in program history.
The second annual Maui Jim Maui Classic hosted by Oregon State will take place on Dec. 1 and 2, as the Beavers take on Nevada and Utah State. Oregon State is 4-0 all-time vs. the Wolfpack and 2-1 all-time vs. the Aggies.
San Jose State will visit Corvallis on Dec. 10, marking the first time the Spartans have played at Gill Coliseum since 1986. Savannah State will come to town three days later for their first ever matchup with the Beavers.
Oregon State will host UC Santa Barbara at the Moda Center on Dec. 16 as part of the Dam City Classic. For more information on that event, click here. The Beavers will close out their nonconference slate on Dec. 20 at Gill Coliseum, when UC Davis returns to Corvallis for the second-straight year.

Oregon State will feature a young squad in 2017-18 with All-Pac-12 honoree Marie Gulich as the team’s lone senior. Juniors Katie McWilliams and Taylor Kalmer also return, as does Pac-12 All-Freshman selection Mikayla Pivec.
