The Bend scrimmage was practice No. 18. Schools get 25 preseason practices per NCAA rules.
There is no media availability today, Saturday, or Sunday. We know that they have practice next Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and I'm guessing some sort of walkthrough on Friday. To get to 25, they have to be doing some stuff this weekend but nothing is available to the media.
As far media availability during the season, it's fairly similar to what we had when Gary was the head coach, which is not much of a surprise as the SID's are the same guys. Offensive interviews on Tuesdays, defensive interviews on Wednesday, and Smith talks to the media. Media gets to watch some of practice too.
