3-4 D wonks. Need some help with who and how we deploy our talented personnel eg to front seven.
Does the speed rush come from outside of the front three? Do we have that kind of talented big guys?
Let's say Peko is eligible, play him at nose then Grimble and Hollingsworth at DE? Or rotate your large fellas at the nose (Peko, Grimble, Robins, Tago and Vakameilalno) and run with our smaller but quicker DE's outside. Let's see we have Barnett, Failauga, Hollingsworth, James, Pritchard, Lamone. Or do these fellas @250+play with their hands up on the outside with the LB's and on some plays blitz from there. Who has the responsibility for covering the 10 yard out to sideline the TE would slip out to after his block or the WR doing a quick curl dump in space. Seems like the last six I mentioned would get eaten up but maybe not. Myself
I like mixing an matching those 10 guys on the front three and playin our LB's in the second four positions.
Now in a 4-3 yah the 10 fellas mix and match pretty good up front. Well I'm just as anxious as everyone to fire this thing up and see how it runs! TIA.
