Let's create a couple lists, (say post-Avezzano). A list of DBs that were known for tackling, and a list of DBs that were good, but not necessarily known for tackling.
Tacklers:
Terrance Carroll
Al Afalava
Lawrence Turner
Not necessarily tacklers, but damn good dbs:
Dennis Weathersby
Brandin Browner
Mitch Meeuwson
Keith HJ?
Calvin Carlyle?
switch players between lists, add on, delete...let's do anything in the second half besides watch more missed tackles by the dbs.
