One guy who stood out to me was Jonathan Willis with his tackling and hitting ability. He has good speed,and adds another solid athlete to make plays sideline to sideline. Last night it seemed the defense after the first two drives played tough,with more gang tackling than I have seen most of the season and he was often involved.
On defense,one thing we need to do is when we bring a safety off the edge,make sure to tackle the quarterback. I've seen several opportunities to make big sacks missed by players whiffing on the quarterback. It's starting to look like a competent defense overall the last 10 quarters for the most part.
