I found this answer interesting. Sounds like they're already talking to schools about forming a PAC-12 for some sports.
Q: What do you do with gymnastics and wrestling? The WCC doesn’t have those programs.
Barnes: We’re leaning into wrestling playing under the Pac-12 banner with some other schools. I won’t name schools, but we could put a schedule together under the Pac-12 banner with some schools that may want to come to us from other Power 5 conferences yet to be determined. Gymnastics, same idea. Might have another option. Still waiting. But we’re really confident that they’ll have homes.
