While I would admit that I thought we would have more than 6 at halftime, and came away from Reser tempering expectations for the season (I initially went with 6 wins), let's all remember that this is merely a starting point and there is only one way to go. Also, improvement can happen quickly. If you need proof, there was a team on campus last year that had a new coach and new systems that lost to Western Oregon to open the season. I would say they got much better as the year went along.
After watching Michigan Thursday night I thought they were beatable. After watching us last night, we beatable as well. I look forward to see how this team progresses in the next couple of weeks.
