Corvallis accommodations

The Hilton Garden is the only place I've ever stayed when I come to town for a Beaver game.
They are sold out the night I'm in town...What is next in line in Corvallis, taking into account access to campus and quality of accommodation?
What's the word on Holiday Inn by the River?
Thanks....Kinda amazing to think that I've never stayed in another place in Corvallis - so I really don't know what's what accommodation wise.....
