Is it me or do many of you just feel good about GA? I have turned to not worrying about this season and just letting coach do his job. My trust level is at an all-time high. I have full faith that he will adapt, overcome and adjust to whatever he needs to do. This is not his team yet. He'll need a few recruiting classes, but his conviction, and the mere fact that he came to Corvallis leads me to believe he is a rock of principle and he really wanted to be here. 2015 may not be great, but I don't know of a better coach that we could have afforded that would be able to do what I think GA can do with with this program. I'll reserve judgement for awhile and just try to enjoy the games. This was a great transition for all the reasons many have stated, but I just like GA's no-nonsense approach and attitude as we move forward. OSU might be a sleeping giant, but we'll have to knock off Oregon from time-to-time to make it a true rivalry again--seven years of losing to them is too long. I go into the season with optimism and a wonder of a young team adapting to a new staff and scheme. Go Beavs! I will always bleed orange and black. For all those stressing over whatever, have fun, enjoy your team, watch the Beavers and yell like hell in the stadium or at home and chill. College football is a joy and every week is a new adventure. Whether the Beavs win or lose, my life doesn't change. I'm happier on Saturday nights and through the week when they win, but I don't let their outcomes affect my mood. If you went to OSU, you know what a great University it is. It keeps getting better with the surge in enrollment and all the construction to improvements in the housing and classrooms. I'm in awe over the growth. I believe it will only be a matter of time when OSU is really the dominant University in Oregon. UO goes after California kids and others to land out-of-state tuition to bolster their coffers. OSU dominates in-state recruiting and also offers the Bend campus. The future is bright with many coaches and teams. Patience will be needed, but a rising tide lifts all ships. We have quality coaches that posses talent and integrity. I sport my orange and black whenever I can and I wear it with pride. Win or lose I love my Alma matter and will support her to the end. I'll have ups and downs along the way like I've had for 23 years now since graduating, but we do things the right way and most of my family are Ducks and I wouldn't trade any of our programs for theirs. God bless the Beavers and fight, fight, fight!
