The Fall window for Spring sports is Dec 1 - Dec 15.
They show 44 players on the roster and need to get down to 34 by Spring or whenever they lock in the roster for this year so some tough decisions are being made. The new rules also allow for all 34 full scholarship (up from 11.5).
I don't think schools are "required" to provide all 34 scholarships, but the main baseball schools/conferences are set to do it. No idea what OSU plans to do.
