1. Went to the Chandler HS game Friday night. If Moran were at OSU right now he would be the starter.
2. More Chandler, I hope the Beavs are recruiting Green (RB) and Taylor (WR/CB) for the class of 2017.
3. Final Chandler note, I’m afraid that Harry = Colvin.
4. I don’t know how bare the Beavs cupboard is, but I do know it is bare for this coaching staff running these systems. The strengths of this team offensively are the wide receivers and tight ends. The tight ends might as well wear numbers in the 70's.
5. After his hiring, GA commented that a QB has to be smart, throw the ball well and be able to run. For my money, if the QB only has two of three, I’ll take the first two. Mullaney may have seen the handwriting on the wall.
6. I’m also going to Cal, after that one, I’ll probably shelve anymore road trips. The UA game was a greater mismatch than the Stanford game last year.
7. Dang I miss not having a special teams coach, at least then I knew whom to blame. Too many times, in every game, special teams look like the Keystone Cops (those under 40 Google it). Just goes to prove that when everyone is in charge, no one is in charge.
