Hey folks - I just used your site to make my annual donation and wanted to give some constructive criticism in hopes someone from the AD might be lurking on the board. The ecommerce site is really bad. Horrible UI and user experience. Looks like a '90's list serv. I'm guessing most people would probably leave in frustration as opposed to completing a transaction.
