Do you know if the staff has shown any interest in 2017 QB Tehran Thomas out of Goodyear Desert Edge here in the Phoenix area?
I know he doesn't have ideal size (only 5'10") and may not be considered a QB at the DI level, but man is that kid a leader and play maker!! Rivals has him listed as a pro style QB but he's definitely a dual threat QB. He had over 1,400 rushing yards this year in only 10 games and just led Desert Edge to its first ever state championship almost single handedly. I know he's at least a 2 year starter already and maybe a 3 year. Mr. Moran may know more about him, I've just seen a few games this year and he's been the most dominant player in all of them.
