Andersen met with the media this afternoon, here are the highlights.

**Long team meeting last night. Long ways away from where we want to be. No surprises with Michigan's physicality.

**He thought the defensive front was physical, but need to be more physical on offense. Need more creases. Not pointing fingers, Andersen says he needs to help teach them to be more physical. WR did some things well in blocking the perimeter, but also missed things.

**We saw a lot of movement from the Weber State defense. We ran the ball better in the second half. Some nice runs, but they were negated by penalties. Five holding penalties, three off the top of his head were crucial.

**Michigan is very talented and recruit at a very high level. They have tremendous athletes. Two rotations of the defensive front that are very good. 43 jumps off the page at you. #5 is a physical tackler and plays the game the right way. Offensive side of the ball--prepared for the QB before. Been in big time games before.

**On talking to Wittingham about Michigan--no surprises, we have the film. I talk to him weekly at least no matter what time of year it is. No real surprises though on Michigan.

**QB's--no different in either of their demeanor. Seth will take the first snaps, we have to continue to prepare our team for the entire year. Marcus needs to keep preparing as he is going to play. Would like to get Marcus more game time experience.

**Andersen likes to fly under the radar. He wants the kids to get the limelight.

**Toughness of playing at Michigan--we talked about it in our team meeting last night. These guys have already played in tough and loud places (oregon, Utah, etc). It is a unique situation with the way the locker room is set up in that we cross paths, much like here actually. It will be loud and they will be ready.

**Nick Mitchell is making his reps count. Mentally he has accepted his role. We'd love to get him in a game at some point when the opportunity presents itself. Nothing is more important than game experience.

**Andersen can't stand the term "gamer"--today is a work day. He thought that Collins made some nice reads. He doesn't claim to know the whole offense, nor does he want to...that is why he has McGiven and Baldwin to handle that. A lot of good things from Seth & Marcus. The pick was not on Marcus.
